After working with you for over 2 years now, I'd say the service you offer is very high quality and the only reason it isn't a 10/10 is that there's always something to improve and strive for which is something we always have done. Each training has always been professional yet enjoyable and with a purpose. The way you can adapt to how my body feels on different days and offer training on the pitch, gym, and beach is great and I can always end the training with a smile and feeling like I put in the work. The fact that you've woken up on numerous occasions to train at around 4 am with me shows your dedication and the uniqueness of what you offer.
